   Hi, just wanted to ask about your album design. When you say 10 pages. Is it 10 double pages? so 20 sides? and what software do you use? Would I be able to get PSD files for the album you design? Thank you.

   Why are you charging me NY sales tax? I’m in Florida. I was ready to buy…….

   A couple months back I tried to buy a couple of your products but stopped when I was charged a NY sales tax. I would really like to purchase a couple of your products but refuse to pay a NY sales tax when I’m in Florida. Any chance of you fixing this?

   I paid for the download of blur1.zip, but it won’t unzip – I get during the unzip process. Probably a corrupted file – I’ve tried three times, won’t unzip. Paid for!
